Standard test carried out on all valves include testing of body soundness and valve tightness and an operational test for the valve and accessory assembly. Other test are agrees according to the customer's application requirements.

Laboratory Testing

HANIL laboratory facilities include resources and equipment for testing the performance of all products under actual conditions of service. High temperature/high pressure test can be performed according to any requirements in the boiler test ring. Some special testing, such as vibrational test, is subcontracted to recognized and government supported laboratories.

• Tightness test with gas and liquid under various pressures
• Tightness test with gas using He-mass spectrometer
• Tightness test under pipe stresses
• Measurement of control properties
• Actuator testing
